They will NOT make your hair and nails grow faster. That is NOT what they do. What they do is make your hair and nails grow stronger and healthier. Oh and supposedly make your skin brighter but I haven't noticed that.
I've been using them for a few weeks and can see a difference. My nails are noticeably stronger than before. I find that they aren't breaking as easily and look healthier...whiter.
